Each evening will begin with a welcome reception, where you’ll meet and greet the winemakers, followed by a four-course menu paired with wines from each vineyard prepared by Chef John Fraser. Kicking off the dinner series, Winemaker Trevor Durling from Beaulieu Vineyard will be showcasing the 2018 Georges de Latour Reserve Cabernet, which just received 100 points and the #1 wine ranking by James Suckling for this year.
