July 4th Family Day
Nonprofit organization encourages the community to celebrate July 4th outdoors
Oakland, California, July 4, 2025 - The Jamaican American Community Organization (JACO) invites the community to immerse themselves in green, black, and gold for a day of excitement and togetherness at their annual July 4th Family Day. This year’s event will be at the Middle Harbor Shoreline: 2777 Middle Harbor Dr., Oakland from 12:00pm-7:00pm.
Come out and enjoy this FREE in-person event that promises to be a memorable experience featuring raffles, games, dance competitions, music and action-packed outdoor activities, including soccer clinics (for youth ages 8-12 years old) hosted by My Yute Soccer and Street Soccer USA Oakland. Plus, delicious Jamaican food (limited amount for a small donation), there’s something for everyone! JACO will also be accepting donations of new soccer balls and equipment for My Yute Soccer and Street Soccer USA programs.
Remember to bring your chairs and comfortable shoes to make the most of this day!
