J.P. Graziano Lunch Takeover at St. Vito Focacceria
St. Vito and J.P Graziano will be offering three sandwiches including the JPG Beef on St. Vito Roll, featuring a classic Chicago-style Italian beef, slow-roasted, served with sweet peppers and onions, and a choice of hot or mild Giardiniera; the Mr. G, a JPG house specialty with Sharp Imported Provolone, Prosciutto, Genoa Salami, Hot Soppressata, marinated artichokes, fresh basil, Truffle Mustard Balsamic Vinaigrette, Hot Giardiniera Oil, shredded lettuce with red wine vinegar and oregano served on St. Vito’s Focaccia bread; and the Porchetta, with Tempesta Porchetta, Lemon Caper Aioli, and Fresh Arugula served on St. Vito’s Ciabatta.
