Journey Home
This concert, presented by the Young Women's Chorus and introducing YWCP's new Artistic Director Dr. Matthew Otto, marks the beginning of a new chapter for YWCP. It explores the journeys of self-discovery that we undertake individually and as a community, seeking home, refuge, and inclusion. At the heart of the program is Matthew's new treble arrangement of “Meet Me Here” from the Grammy-nominated oratorio Considering Matthew Shepard by Craig Hella Johnson. The program will also feature works by Bach, Rheinberger, Levente Gyöngyösi, Katerina Gimon, Zanaida Robles, and Bob Dylan.
