Putting it into Practice: In this session you literally come into touch with what is flowing through your mind! Individually you will see your thoughts via pen on paper or fingertips on keyboard. Intentions, wishes, challenges, frustrations, holiday memories—whatever--revealed as you write. Marilyn Lane, experienced journalist and educator, will be present to assist if needed. Please bring a notebook or laptop for writing.
