Jon Shain at the Indy Folk Series
Jon Shain’s fiery acoustic guitar work and deep love of American roots music have earned him a devoted following and a reputation as a master of Piedmont blues. With nine solo albums, countless collaborations, and a win at the 2019 International Blues Challenge, his music moves effortlessly through folk, swing, ragtime, and country blues. Expect rich storytelling, dazzling musicianship, and a journey through the heart of American song.

INDY FOLK SERIES is an all-ages listening room venue featuring superb acoustics, art on the walls, and a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Light snacks and drinks are available. Concerts are held once a month, September – May, in the performance space at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Indianapolis.
