Join us for another Triangle Ecstatic Dance here in the Mt. Dora, Eustis, and Tavares, Florida area hosted at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Lake County (1235 Mt. Homer Rd., Eustis, FL 32727).
When: Saturday May 30, 2026, arrive at 6:00pm, dance from 6:30pm-8:00pm
What is Ecstatic Dance?
●A sacred, holistic movement experience
●A non-verbal space where music and our bodies are our guide
●A place to drop judgement and practice awareness of ourselves and others
Who Are Your Facilitators?
Lanie McKeever and Rory Jagdeo are ecstatic dance facilitators from Asheville, NC who have been immersed in this free-style movement practice for over 10 years, weaving dance waves from various world rhythms and music genres. Lanie is also a visionary artist trained in Expressive Arts and holistic counseling, while Rory brings a wealth of dance experience and is an accomplished musician. What to Bring?
● Water bottle, towel
● Your bare feet or socks or special dance shoes
● An open mind, open heart, and a body that breathes
How Do I Attend?
The suggested sliding scale donation is $10-$20.
