Join Chef Kathy Fang for Exclusive Afternoon Tea at The St. Regis San Francisco
The St. Regis San Francisco has partnered with Kathy Fang, acclaimed chef, author and television personality and is inviting guests to a special edition of Afternoon Tea. In honor of her new cookbook House of Nanking: Family Recipes from San Francisco’s Favorite Chinese Restaurant, Kathy has curated a bespoke Art of Tea menu, available exclusively on Sunday, November 16th from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM in The St. Regis Tea Salon.
In collaboration with The St. Regis’ executive chef Joe Tiano, the menu blends traditional tea service with Kathy’s authentic Shanghainese home cooking. Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully crafted selection of savory bites, like shiitake mushroom and Chinese Sausage Quiche, BBQ Pork Hand Pie, and Shrimp Har Gao, alongside sweet treats including Yuzu Lychee Tart, Black Sesame Macaron, and Almond Coconut Cake.
Kathy will be onsite to mingle and engage in a moment of connection through food, culture and storytelling, all within the timeless elegance of The St. Regis Tea Salon.
