Jewish Senior Life “Lives Well Lived: Wrinkles in Time” festival of storytelling fundraiser will show three documentaries that celebrate older adults, including the Academy Award-Winning “Young at Heart”, “Death-Metal Grandma”, and “Wendy’s Shabbat.” There will be a meet and greet with local authors, all Jewish Senior Life residents, of the poignant new book, “Don’t Write Me Off!”, a compilation of candid narratives about life, loves, and lessons learned. The event takes place on Tuesday, November 14, at 7 p.m. at The J (6600 West Maple Road in West Bloomfield) and will include a pre-glow and valet parking. People of all faiths and beliefs are welcome. There is a minimum donation of $75. Seating is limited and registration is required.
