Japanese Kite Festival Flies into Denver
Saturday 5/17 and Sunday 5/18
DENVER, CO ¬– Japan America Society of Colorado will host the10th annual Japanese Kite Festival at Rotella Park in Adams County. This is a one-of-a-kind event featuring Kite Master Mikio Toki and Apprentice Asami Toki from Japan. Toki is a master of traditional Edo-style kites, a distinctive style of kite first developed in Edo, which is present-day Tokyo.
