Italian Cooking Class with Sketch of Italy at Hyatt Regency Lake Washington
Join Hyatt Regency Lake Washington for an unforgettable evening of hands-on cooking, storytelling, and authentic Italian cuisine. On Thursday, July 18, the hotel will host a signature Italian cooking class in collaboration with Sal Spirito and Lena Costanzo of Sketch of Italy. Set in the hotel’s elegant lakeside event space, the immersive class invites guests to learn traditional pasta-making techniques and craft handmade ravioli from scratch.
Following the class, guests will enjoy a three-course dinner featuring a seasonal salad, their own ravioli creations, and a classic Italian dessert such as tiramisu or panna cotta. Wine and soft drinks will be available for purchase throughout the evening.
