Celebrate island-inspired flavors in this cooking class in partnership with City Winery Pittsburgh, taught by Chef Victor Carnes. You’ll prepare seared salmon with ginger-infused rice, coconut wine sauce, and a crisp cucumber-carrot slaw, with curated wine pairings to complement the meal.
