Irish Sports Gaelic Games - West Coast Sevens
Fáilte! Welcome to the 10th annual West Coast Sevens – San Diego Gaelic Games. The West Coast Sevens is an annual Gaelic Sports tournament held in San Diego over Memorial Day Weekend. This year it will be on Saturday, May 25, 2024.
For centuries, Gaelic Football and Hurling have been played in Ireland, and today these sports continue to be a significant part of Irish culture. More than 50 men’s and women’s teams of Irish and American athletes from across the USA and Canada will compete in a 1-day tournament featuring 7 players per side, including teams from San Diego, New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Portland, Vancouver, and other cities.
Come on down with the family for a fun day that will also include food, drink, great sports, a kid's zone, and time with the Irish community.
