A three (3) part series, part one (1) took place on October 7th and was an over view of the different types of real estate investments available and risk vs. return profiles. November 11th, our second session, will take a deeper dive into Commercial Real Estate Investments. December 1st is our last session in this series and we will be taking a deeper dive into Residential Real Estate Investments. We will cover investing in condo developments and the mechanics of a fix-and-flip or fix-and-hold, and how shorter-term real estate investments work. We will also cover finding appropriate properties; building a team and managing risks.
Each of our sessions feature a panel of experts who will share their expertise as investors and professionals and help you decide whether a real estate investment path suits your risk profile.
