Introduction to Improv: A Human's Guide - 4 week class
Have you always wanted to get on an improv stage, but don't know how to begin? Have you been going to jams and drop-ins, and are ready to take the next step? Introduction to Improv: A Human's Guide is your gateway to skills and delight of improv. Through interactive games and a supportive group atmosphere, develop the fundamentals of improvized theater and comedy. Intended for beginners, these 4 classes equips you with a foundation of skills you can build on wherever you improv journey takes you.
Your guide in this endeavor is Alyssa Schermerhorn, whose years of coaching, teaching, and performance make her a bedrock of the Pittsburgh Improv Community. Come learn to listen and say yes to a more empathic, supportive, and joyous you!
