Through pregnancy your body goes through different changes and needs. Yoga supports and nurtures these changes by increasing awareness of mind, body and breath. It helps create strength, flexibility, and relaxation to release tension and energize you. A prenatal yoga class will guide you through centering, safe poses for you and your growing baby; including breathing techniques, affirmations and meditation to help prepare you for the birthing process. This class is also designed to create a healthy and nurturing environment where you have the opportunity to connect, ask questions, and share your experience with other women that are also preparing for the amazing event of bringing a new being into this world.
