This workshop will cover the basics of a Kundalini practice, introducing students to why these practices can be so potent and impactful in a short time. Students will leave with recordings of a meditation and two practices to enable them to practice what they have learned at home. You will walk away knowing:

How to tune into your unique energy to maximize the power of the practice.
