Just this past year, HMRI acquired a Keyence BZ-X800 all-in-one fluorescence microscope through an NIH S10 Instrumentation Grant. This project was spearheaded by Chair of Neurosciences Dr. Anju Vasudevan and is the first time funds have been awarded to HMRI through this grant program.
The BZ-X800 is an advanced device built to handle a variety of imaging applications. It is equipped with advanced observation capabilities, a fully motorized control system for instant target acquisition, and advanced imaging and analysis functions.
Join HMRI staff for a brief glimpse into the remarkable capabilities of this state-of-the-art microscope. After a short presentation by Keyence's Zach Sinsel in Engemann Auditorium (with time for Q&A), attendees may join staff for a visit to the neurosciences laboratories and see a demonstration of the microscope in action.
