Join us as we learn sacred tones and mantras along with techniques that can focus in on healing, balancing emotions and calming the mind.

🌟Led by Richard Powell DSS (Doctor of Spiritual Science) and Author
Over the 5 week period we will be introduced to 10 different forms of meditation, each one having a specific purpose.
Along with talking about the benefits of meditation we also will practice this during the classes to give you an experience of traversing the inner realms of your consciousness.
