On Saturday, November 11th, Strides for Peace will host its first-ever Gun Violence Prevention Expo in Chicago. The event serves as a vehicle to harness the collective impact of community organizations and service providers across Chicagoland that are working to reduce gun violence. With the support of our sponsors, the Expo’s goal is to disrupt traditional bandwidth limits for service providers and community organizations, bring awareness to community organizations regarding available resources; and build each other's collective efforts, mitigate bandwidth, and limited capacity-dependent capability.
