In the Farm Kitchen – Bone Broth Workshop
Join our Bone Broth Class on Sunday, January 28 from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m., to master the art of crafting nourishing bone broth. Learn self-sufficiency in the kitchen, reduce waste, and ensure nutritious meals. This culinary skill enriches your repertoire and connects you to a centuries-old tradition.
In our hands-on classes, you’ll be guided through the bone broth-making process, how to preserve it at home to create a shelf stable pantry item and savor a delicious meal afterward.
Ticket includes a hands-on bone broth crafting experience with Chef Joy Turner, plus a delightful meal in the Farmhouse. The price is $150 per person (plus $6.50 tax). Tickets are non-refundable but transferable.
