Bid on thoughtful gifts for your loved ones, such as spa packages, jewelry, and local experiences, while supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Hudson Valley and Capital Region. More than a chance to find the perfect Valentine's Day gift, the Sweetheart Silent Auction, sponsored by Ulster Federal Credit Union, supports programs that prioritize the health, safety, and independence of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. People with I/DD are at a higher risk for heart conditions, and with some being non-verbal or unable to express symptoms, that risk can be even greater. Funds raised strengthen wellness initiatives, including heart-health supports, early detection efforts, and the tools needed to provide regular checkups within In Flight's programs.
