He will leads us in an engaging hour of cooking using curated products to create one of his signature dish Smoked Pork Belly using PorkMafia products while he shares the story of his culinary journey.
Audience will learn culinary tips and tricks, take home the Conversation recipe, meet the providers of the curated products in the recipe, taste and sample demo by the Highlighted Chef and engage in a Q+A with the Chef to get to know them in an intimate setting.
