Lisa Nakao is the Director of Core Services at Better Business Bureau (BBB) Great West & Pacific, overseeing public services across Hawaii, Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Western Wyoming, and the Denver metro area of Colorado. Based in Hawaii, Lisa leads a dedicated team spanning five time zones, delivering essential services such as business research, dispute resolution, advertising review, investigations, and customer support to help navigate BBB resources. Before joining BBB, Lisa managed a small retail business on the island for a decade, leveraging her education from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
