How Not to Age with Dr. Michael Greger
Join us for the launching of Dr. Michael Greger's new book, How Not to Age: The Scientific Approach to Getting Healthier as You Get Older. Dr. Greger will share simple, accessible, and evidence-based methods to preserving our bodies and keeping us feeling youthful, both physically and mentally! Spanish interpretation headsets will be available in the lobby. Dr. Greger will be signing copies of How Not to Age after the event.
Proceeds from this event will benefit 501c3 non-profit organizations Eat for the Earth, Santa Cruz VegFest, Vegan Outreach, and NutritionFacts.org. And all proceeds Dr. Greger receives from the sales of his books and speaking honoraria are donated directly to charity.
*This event is expected to sell out. If tickets remain, they'll be $35 at the door.*
