This is a beginner friendly class. Whether you've never touched a hoop before in your life or you've dabbled a bit and are looking for some guidance while learning to work with your hoop, this course will give you the basic foundation to get you flowing in the circle! Over this 4 week session we will cover a variety of tricks and moves including on-body hooping, isolations, weaves, lassos, lifts, and more! You can bring your own hoop or borrow one. I have an assortment of sizes so you can experiment and see what size hoop is best for you. There will be hoops that you can purchase for $20 or request a custom made one for $25. ...
