Holy Smokes! No Sé Discos Label Showcase on 4/20
We are excited to bring to you the trifecta of past, present and future of No Sé Discos with a lineup of artists never before seen on stage. No Sé Discos co-founders, family band Allá (headlining) will present music from their debut 2008’s latin psychedelic pop classic Es Tiempo as well as 2014’s electronic art pop fantasy Feed The Dragon (to be re-released this summer on No Sé Discos). The group has begun work on a new album.
The Sorcerer (MC/Producer) with his project Kaczynski Composite Sketch, breaking through Chicago’s hip hop universe with his debut self-produced album Deviled Ham On Rye in 2023. Making a splash in Chicago in all areas of media print, tv and radio he is an artist you must take notice of. He’s back in 2024 with Are You There God? It’s Me Kaczynski coming July (No Sé Discos). With each album the Sorcerer pushes his production and lyrical skills (both in English and Spanish) into uncharted waters, testing the limits of hip hop. An innovator and master performer.
Multi-instrumentalist, producer, singer and performer Sellasia the newest addition to No Sé Discos will kick off the show. Her debut This Is For You is a stunning piece of modern DIY classical music produced by Sellasia at the famed Electrical Audio in Chicago. A series of kaleidoscopic art pop singles are set to be released this year on No Sé Discos. Except a set of fearless art pop.
