She oversees the organization’s operations, online education programs, and instructor recruitment while helping expand access to standardized grooming education nationwide. An international seminar speaker and educator, Rachel is passionate about helping pet owners and grooming professionals better understand coat care, animal welfare, and thoughtful grooming practices. Through her teaching, she strives to make grooming approachable, practical, and enjoyable while strengthening the relationship between people and their pets.
