After the busy holiday season, give yourself the gift of stillness and renewal. This yoga workshop is designed to release holiday stress through gentle movement, breathwork, and guided relaxation. By calming the body and mind, you’ll restore balance, ease tension, and leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and ready to embrace the New Year with clarity and peace. Led by Michelle Arriola, RYT 200.
Studio space is limited; preregistration is encouraged. Donations help support The Tucson Community Food Bank.
