Carolers from the Madison Savoyard and Capital City Theatre will serenade shoppers with favorite songs of the season, and Santa will greet children on both Friday and Saturday afternoon. Many of our locally owned stores, restaurants and service businesses will be offering special deals, refreshments, entertainment and activities.
