The newly renovated Hilton Cabana Miami Beach Resort invites guests and South Florida locals to indulge in a taste of Miami’s rich Latin roots. From September 15 – October 15, the resort’s signature dining destination, Allison Restaurant & Bar, will be adding an exclusive Latin Bites Trio to its Colombian-inspired menu. This limited time dish will include 2 Beef Colombian Empanadas with Aji Salsa, Spicy Mayo Sauce, and Lime, 4 Cheese Venezuelan Tequenos with Cilantro Crema and Salsa Rosada, and 2 Pork Belly Tacos with Spicy Glazed Pork Belly, Chipotle Slaw, and Pickled Onions, all made fresh to order.
The limited-time Latin Bites Trio is available for $22, featuring:
• 2 Beef Colombian Empanadas with Aji Salsa, Spicy Mayo Sauce and Lime
