Taking place at Keg & Case in St. Paul on Sunday, May 19 the all-inclusive, walk-around tour will feature a lineup of local chefs and artisans, each grilling globally inspired, heritage-breed proteins al fresco. The offerings include a wide array of beef, whole pigs, lamb, goat, duck, fish, chicken, and heirloom vegetables from the region’s top family farms and local purveyors. Brought to you by top culinary event producers a21, Heritage Fire educates consumers and offers hands-on experience with honest food sourced straight from the farm— a genuine culinary journey.
An all-star cast of top chefs from Twin Cities and beyond will be on-site serving up delicious bites prepared over live fire. Participating talent include Cristain DeLeol (El Sazón Cocina y Tragos), Kevin Lindee (Ganache: Desserts and Confections), Joe Ruhland (Herbie's on the Park), Shaun Holley (The Fabled Rooster), Nikki & Brian Podgorski (The Salsa Collaborative) Kevin Aho (Umbra), and more.
In addition to one-of-a-kind live-fire culinary creations, Heritage Fire will feature free-flowing wine, brews, and craft cocktails from El Jimador Tequila, Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey, and Franciscan Estate. Attendees can also beat the live-fire heat with refreshing sips of LaCroix Sparkling Water. Tickets include unlimited curated dishes, beverage pairings, live entertainment and more! After tour-goers enjoy a taste of each dish, they will have the chance to vote for the “Best Bite of the Day” and one Heritage Hero champion will be announced.
