Kenzie Owens enters a blood donation center for the first time to alleviate her recent guilt and finds herself drawn to Sasha, a standoffish phlebotomist who helps Kenzie in a moment of crisis. Kenzie keeps returning to donate and learn more about this woman, meeting other donors and employees who cause her to question her life choices and beliefs. Healthy and Well follows these relationships over the course of a year and explores what it means to be a good person - if that’s even possible.

Smitty is a self-actualized person who has lived, loved, and relished her child-free life. Margaret has always put everyone else first, ignoring her own needs for the sake of her family and friends. With cancer looming over Margaret, she's finally decided to make a choice purely for herself, enlisting Smitty’s help in a decision with huge implications. One Perfect Thing is the culmination of a decades-long friendship that reveals how far these women will go to help each other live life on their terms.
