An intergenerational, artistic, and interactive service celebrating art and artists will be held at First Parish Church of Stow & Acton (FPC), Unitarian Universalist, on March 19. All are invited to bring a piece of art they’ve created for an “art parade.” The service theme is in keeping with the First Annual FPC Art Exhibit, which will be open after the service for its third and last day during coffee hour in Fellowship Hall.
The service will be held at 10 a.m., both in the sanctuary and online, and led by FPC’s minister, the Rev. Dr. Cynthia L. Landrum. Masks are required in the sanctuary, with the exception of the balcony. To enter the virtual room, go to tinyurl.com/22-23fpc. To prevent disruptive intrusions, the virtual room will be locked about 15 minutes after the service begins. FPC apologizes for any inconvenience this causes.
FPC warmly welcomes gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender people. For information about child care and religious education classes, contact FPC Acting Director of Religious Education Marissa Evans at [email protected]. FPC’s facilities are wheelchair accessible. For more information, call 978-897-8149 or visit www.fpc-stow-acton.org. The church is located at 353 Great Rd., at the corner of routes 117 and 62, in Stow.
