Heart Alchemy: A Cacao Ceremony & Yin Yoga
A unique celebration of self-love and journey of awakening, and an invitation to raise your heart-intelligence.
Join us in ceremony as we share sacred cacao, a divine elixir and plant medicine known for its ability to open the heart and elevate the spirit. With the support of our guides, protectors and ancestors, we’ll set intentions to transmute heaviness into light and expand into love. Guided self-massage and chakra-tuning practices will awaken your energy centers, while humming vibrations harmonize your inner world. Through yin yoga, we settle into deep stillness, supported by reiki energy, creating a container for release and renewal. The experience will culminate in a soothing sound bath, uplifting your vibration and weaving together the threads of healing and connection. Led by Joseph Moffitt, RYT-500, and Reiki Master.
