Healthy Kids Day
In conjunction with the Mount Holly Springfest, the Stowe Family YMCA will host a Healthy Kids Day on Saturday, April 29 from 9am - 12pm at the Mount Holly Municipal Complex. Healthy Kids Day is a national initiative focused on improving the health and well-being of kids and families. Our local Healthy Kids Day will teach healthy habits, encourage active play and inspire a lifetime love of physical activity. Activities include family group ex classes, field day competitions, nutrition station, and bounce house.
