Health Extension for Diabetes
Class will begin on February 5th at 10 AM. Class is comprised of 8 educational sessions that last for 1 hour every other week. We will cover topics that include: what is diabetes, nutrition, physical activity, medications and monitoring, resource navigation, healthy coping, and reducing your risks for having a cardiac event. This class is FREE. There is no cost associated with participating. There are a limited number of spaces available so claim yours now!
