In this highly interactive session, professional coach and martial artist Qin Coe will guide you through the art of healing, drawing insights from the martial art of Aikido—which translates to 'the Art of Peace.'
Together, we'll explore and embody healthy coping skills such as grounding and centering informed by Aikido and deep caring presence, including attentive listening. Through empowering beliefs and exercises, you'll nurture your well-being, increase energy levels, and cultivate inner strength, enabling you to show up as a strong, resilient, compassionate healer fulfilling your calling.
