Healing Heart Walks - Where hearts heal in community
Our monthly walks are designed for individuals who have experienced significant loss. This group offers a supportive environment where people can walk alongside others who understand what it’s like to lose someone special. The intention is to create a sense of community where movement, nature, and shared understanding help soften the weight of grief. Each monthly walk covers approximately 2.5 to 3 miles at a comfortable, conversational pace.
Note: Some of the walk will take place on dirt trails, please ensure you are comfortable walking on uneven terrain. Meet at 5:50pm at the Welcome Center of Reservoir Park at the parking lot near the water.
