Hayes Valley Pet Parade and Jazz Jam

PET PARADE! Bring your pet (and yourself!) in your best Halloween costume for fun and parade and prizes! This event is a fundraiser for Muttville & HVAW. Pre-registration encouraged! Pick up your Badge Number at the event. You can register on site - please arrive no later than 12:00 for same day registration, or REGISTER in advance (online by 6 pm the day before) to be entered in the Costume Contest.
