Engaged couples can submit their love stories and will be awarding 100 prizes worth more than $100,000 to the best ones! A year ago, we opened our event venue at our Des Moines farm, and the support from our community has meant the world to us. Like farming, marriage is a labor of love. To mark our one year anniversary and as a gesture of gratitude, we thought it fitting to host a ‘Harvest of Love Giveaway’, where we'll be awarding 100 prizes valued at more than $100,000+ to couples with wonderful love stories. The prizes will be awarded in tiers based on some of our favorite apple varieties: Pristine, Rosalee, Snowsweet, Song of September, and a Honeycrisp Grand Prize, which includes a free wedding venue rental ($5,000 value) and a menu tasting for six guests. Any engaged couple planning to marry on or before Dec. 30, 2027, is invited to enter for a chance to celebrate their commitment at our farm! Our venue is just a 5-minute drive from West Des Moines, offering the perfect blend of convenience and countryside charm. The 115-acre property provides year-round photo opportunities across the orchard, flower fields, and rolling hills. Built with reclaimed wood from two Madison County barns, our main event hall blends rustic character with modern amenities. We're proud to offer an all-inclusive experience with farm-to-table catering, an outdoor ceremony site and patio, a full-service bar, dressing rooms, and space for up to 180 guests. Clients with existing contracts aren’t able to enter. - Weddings must take place on or before Dec. 30, 2027 with dates to be agreed upon between the couple and the venue.
