Harvest Harmony Wine Dinner
City Winery Philadelphia presents HARVEST HARMONY WINE DINNER on Monday November 27th at 7:00 PM. Celebrate the end of Harvest Season with a five course fall feast. Featuring City Winery select vintages from past harvests along with education from our sommelier Nasinne Campos with seasonal dishes paired by executive chef Rob Gindin. Doors open at 6:30pm. Dinner begins promptly at 7pm. Tickets must be purchased in advance. Ticket sales end at 11:59pm FRI Nov 24.
-First Course- Brown Trout Salad Pan Seared Brown Trout/ Watercress/ Micro Cilantro/ Brown Butter Focaccia/ Truffle Honey Paired with Chardonnay
-Second Course- Toasted Chestnut & Oyster Mushroom Mousse Toasted Spiced Chestnuts / Oyster Mushroom Mousse / Grilled Baguette / Purple Radish Micros Paired with Red Zinfandel
-Third Course- Roasted Acorn Squash Seasoned Acorn Squash/ Morel Mushroom Cream Sauce/ Thick Cut Bacon/ Chevre/ Micros Paired with Marsanne
-Fourth Course- Rabbit Buttercup Squash Agnolotti Pan Seared Rabbit/ House Made Buttercup Squash Agnolotti/ Brown Butter/ Squash Blossoms/ Pecorino Paired with Cabernet Sauvignon
-Sweet Finish- Mixed Berry Tart Mixed Berry Tart/ Sherry Macerated Berry Compote/ Vanilla Bean Semifreddo Paired with Sherry
