On Saturday, July 4th, 2026, there is a nation-wide movement to ring bells at 2:00 p.m. (in whatever time zone people are) to celebrate the signing of the Declaration of Independence from Great Britain. Ring the bell 13 times for each of the colonies that sent soldiers to fight for our new democracy. Make some noise! Any type of bell or noisemaker will do! Supported by the Monroe CT 250 Committee
