Learn Hands-Only CPR and how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) from the Vienna Volunteer Fire Department. Hands-Only CPR can be just as effective as conventional CPR. Hands-Only CPR has just two easy steps: If you see someone suddenly collapse, (1) Call 9-1-1; and (2) Push hard and fast in the center of the chest. The Vienna Volunteer Fire Department will also have an outreach booth and will conduct free blood pressure checks in the Library breezeway.
