Hands-On: Pizza Napoletana with Rossopomodoro
It’s time to get your hands messy! In our hands-on format, our Pizzaiolo will teach you how to prepare Pizza Napoletana in class. You’ll then dive right into making the recipe yourself from scratch. Take your culinary creation with you at the end of class and enjoy your own hard work at home! For our Restaurant Edition of this class, your class will be in La Pizza & La Pasta.

One of the most famous styles of pizza, Pizza Napoletana is a round dough that is baked for only 90 seconds in a blisteringly hot wood-fired oven. The crust is tall and fluffy with a soft and chewy center. In this class, you’ll make your own pizza dough from scratch.
