Join Uchibā Austin for Hallowhisky, a thrilling evening of dark and hearty dishes paired with select whiskies. Originally debuted at Uchibā Dallas in 2023, this year’s event will showcase an exclusive eight-course menu created by Chef Vaidas Imsha. Guests will enjoy Japanese whisky pairings, including three 1 oz. pours and a cocktail, with each spooky-inspired dish.
*Menu Highlights:
-Oyster with whisky-washed A5 fat, burnt cippolini
-Pork skewer with hoisin, bergamot, green peppercorn
-Gyutoro dumpling with short rib, spicy beets, fennel pollen
-Scallop Bao with tempura, xo, chili hollandaise, trout roe
-Bokchoy tempura with pistachio, agave
-Maguro crudo with goat cheese, koji, citrus
-Ebi maki with panko, Thai basil, black garlic
