Join us at the Main branch of the Troy Public Library on Thursday, October 26th at 6 p.m. to watch the film and indulge in some Halloween-themed refreshments. Participants will also leave with a witchy craft to create at home–spell book charms! This in-person event is free and open to the public. Registration is required.
