The Kids Dash kicks off at 8:30 a.m., followed by the 5K run/walk starting at 9 a.m. After the event, the ghoul times will keep rolling – with a costume contest and awards ceremony at Tap House Grill, 56 W. Wilson Street. Participants will receive a half-breakfast sandwich and a complimentary beverage at the after party.
