An emcee will introduce each pair while judges rate participants’ costumes. The top three looks will receive gift cards to a local retailer. Family Fun Crafts and Giveaways: Kids will enjoy Halloween-themed crafts and giveaways Trick or Treat: Plenty of candy will be available throughout Boro Park for kid's to grab!
