H-E-B Banana Block Party
Join H-E-B for this year's second Banana Block Party on Saturday, July 25, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Virginia L. Brown Recreation Center. In partnership with Mayor Kirk Watson’s Generation ATX movement, this free family-friendly block party will feature healthy snacks, fresh fruit, kid-friendly yoga, live music from DJ KICKIT, banana-themed STEM activities, a costume contest, bubble shows, frozen treats and more, all while raising awareness of childhood food insecurity during the summer months.
